Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and Article 2(1) of the Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life are exempt from the seven-day cooling-off period.

Fresh flowers are perishable goods, so unconditional seven-day returns do not apply. Thank you for your understanding.

▫ Ready-made items (fixed-price bouquets and gifts): once ordered, they are made to the product-page design with the freshest materials available that day; no photo of the finished piece is provided beforehand. Materials may be adjusted or substituted according to market availability — the overall style follows the product page, and returns based on personal taste are not accepted.

▫ Custom items (chosen palette, style, or quoted pieces): we confirm the direction with you via order messages or LINE before production. Once you confirm, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. Due to tight production schedules, no photo is provided before dispatch — thank you for your trust.

Flowers are natural products; colour, size, and bloom stage vary with origin, season, and weather. Such variation is normal and not a defect, and is not grounds for exchange.

If quality deteriorates due to an incorrect phone number or address, failed delivery, or late pickup, we are unable to offer replacement or compensation.

For special requests (delivery windows, card messages, etc.), please note them when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
