Orders are by reservation — the earlier the better, so we can source the freshest seasonal flowers. Near-term orders carry an automatic rush fee based on how soon the pickup is (shown on the order page). If a slot is too close to accept, feel free to ask us on LINE.

Store pickup is at 新北市新店區中央五街7號1樓. Our florists are sometimes out for styling and sourcing, so please come within your reserved slot; if no one is in when you arrive, contact us on LINE.

We accept online payment via PAYUNi. After we confirm the details of your order, tap "Pay Online" on your order page to pay by credit card or ATM virtual account. Your order is confirmed automatically once paid.

Flowers are sourced after reservation, so please tell us on LINE as early as possible. Once flowers have been purchased, a full refund may not be possible — we'll discuss options based on the actual situation.

We have a single shop (新北市新店區中央五街7號1樓) and our only official website is laterreflo.com — our official LINE and Instagram links are in the footer of this site. Any other website or platform taking orders under the name "La Terre" or "大地花藝" is unrelated to us, and we cannot look up or fulfil orders placed there. To avoid a wasted trip, please check that the address bar shows laterreflo.com before ordering.

Bouquets and gifts can be sent via Lalamove — the delivery fee is quoted instantly when you enter the address on the order page (motorcycle) and added to your order total, paid together at checkout; nothing is paid to the driver on arrival. Large pieces and styling are delivered by us and quoted at confirmation.

It depends on distance and the condition of the flowers. Please message us on LINE first — we'll assess the options and reply with delivery method and cost.

Choose a custom floral item, fill in your budget and preferred palette, and submit your order. We'll source and design within your budget and align the overall direction with you at confirmation — reference photos are always welcome.

Yes. Special flowers depend on season and market supply — note them in your order or discuss on LINE, and we'll confirm availability and any price difference.

Wedding florals and commercial styling are quoted per request. After you submit, we'll discuss venue, scale and flowers with you, then provide a quote. Browse our portfolio first for style references.

About 5–7 days, depending on the flowers and environment. Unwrap soon after receiving, trim the stems 1–2 cm at an angle and place in clean water. Change the water and re-trim daily, and keep away from direct sun, AC vents and heat sources to extend their life.

No watering needed. Keep them in a dry, ventilated spot away from direct sunlight and humidity; dust gently with a blower or cool air. Well kept, they last over a year.
