Flower Delivery
We deliver from our studio in Xindian with Lalamove, straight to the person you're sending flowers to. Same-day delivery covers most of Taipei City and New Taipei City; the fee is quoted instantly on the order page and paid at checkout — nothing to pay the driver.
How delivery works

Choose your flowers
Pick a bouquet or gift on the order page and choose “Lalamove delivery”.
STEP 2
Add recipient details
Enter the recipient's name, phone and address — the delivery fee is calculated by distance right away.
STEP 3
Check out once
The fee is added to your order and paid online in one go. No cash for the driver.
STEP 4
Delivered on time
We book the courier once your flowers are ready for your chosen date and time. Track the delivery on your order page.

Delivery FAQ
How much is delivery?＋
Lalamove quotes the fee in real time based on the distance from our Xindian studio to the recipient — you'll see it as soon as you enter the address. Bouquets go by scooter; large arrangements that need a car are quoted for a car automatically. The fee is charged at cost and isn't eligible for discount codes or reward points.
Can I order today for delivery today?＋
Yes. We work on pre-orders — the earlier you order, the better the seasonal flowers we can choose for you. Orders close to the pickup time include a rush fee, shown on the order page. In a real hurry? Message us on LINE for the earliest time we can deliver.
Where do you deliver?＋
Most of Taipei City and New Taipei City, departing from our studio at 新北市新店區中央五街7號1樓. For areas further away or in the mountains, please ask on LINE first.
Can I send flowers to several people at once?＋
Yes. One order can hold several gifts, each with its own address or date. Each trip is priced separately and you pay once at checkout.
Can I include a card?＋
Yes. Tell us who it's for, your message and how to sign it when ordering — the card travels with the flowers.
What if the recipient isn't there?＋
Please give a phone number the recipient will answer so the driver can reach them. For offices, add the company name and floor, or arrange for reception to receive it.
Can I pick up the flowers myself?＋
Of course — pick up at 新北市新店區中央五街7號1樓 during your booked time slot.
